CRANBERRY ORANGE SALSA
For many years we made a traditional cranberry orange side dish on our holiday table. But we decided to jazz it up and make salsa! To compliment tart cranberries and sweet oranges, we added a blend of Jalapeño and Serrano chiles along with tomatoes. An irresistible taste of savory and sweet flavors with a hint of heat, it’s a dynamic combination with roast turkey or pork tenderloin; it becomes a tasty starter when paired with cream cheese and crackers; serve on fish tacos for an inventive “east coast meets west coast” dish; or simply enjoy with chips. Medium Heat.
