No Ordinary Cheese Dip

It’s time to revolutionize the way America thinks about cheese dip. And this is the recipe that can do just that!
I call it “no ordinary” cheese dip because it is so much more. It is not just a blob of texture-lacking, processed-tasting, orange gooey-ness.
But one that incorporates real live veggies, grilled chicken, creamy cheeses and My Brother’s Original Salsa.
Then to make this recipe story even better, here is why it’s more than just a dip!
It’s makes a killer quesadilla. Just spread the filling onto a flour tortilla, fold over and griddle.
It makes a jalapeno popper like no other. Just spoon the filling into prepared jalapeno halves and place under broiler for 5 min.
Need a new filling for your stuffed mushrooms? Look no further. Just spoon the filling into cleaned and stemmed mushroom caps and place under broiler 5 min.

Sweet Corn & Chicken Cheese Dip - No Ordinary Cheese Dip

2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled/diced
1-2 Tbls. olive oil
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
1 orange bell pepper,petite diced
1/3 cup onion petite diced
4-8 Tbls. My Brother’s Original Salsa
salt/pepper to taste
8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
8 oz. tub of Cream Cheese spread
Sauté the corn, bell pepper, onion in olive oil. Add diced chicken.
Add My Brother’s Salsa .
Stir in cheeses. Season with salt/pepper.
Serve with My Brother's CornTortilla Chips! Ole!
(Variations: A filling for Crimini Mushrooms, Fresh Jalapenos, Flour Tortillas. Vegetarian - omit chicken)
