Bacon and Black Bean Nachos

A hearty nacho layered with flavors from the crunchy bacon, savory cheese, and roasted tomatoes.

16 ounce My Brother’s Fire Roasted Salsa
15 ounce can black beans, rinsed & drained 
12-16 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 - 3/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
My Brother’s Corn Tortilla Chips

Line a baking sheet with My Brother’s Corn Tortilla Chips.  Top with shredded cheese, black beans, bacon.  Place under broiler and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly (watch this closely!). Remove and top with My Brother’s Fire Roasted Salsa.  Serve immediately.
