1 bag My Brother's Organic Corn Tortilla Chips (10 oz.)

2 cups cooked BBQ or smoked chicken, shredded

8 ounces white American cheese, shredded

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

My Brother's Salsa (House, Helen's Rustic Original, Fire Roasted or New Mexican Green Chile)

sour cream

scallions, chopped

avocado, diced

On a cast-iron griddle or skillet layer My Brother's Corn Tortilla Chips with shredded BBQ chicken, cheese, black beans, and My Brother's Salsa.  Place over indirect heat on medium hot grill with lid closed. Cook until cheese is melty and chips just start to char. This takes only minutes, so watch closely.

Garnish with sour cream, scallions, avocado and a side of My Brother's Salsa!
