8 taco shells (or tostada shells)

4 large eggs

8 ounces shredded cheese, cheddar or monterey jack

My Brother's House Salsa (Mild, Medium, or Hot)

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or breakfast sausage, browned and drained)

sour cream

Scramble eggs.  Fill taco shells with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon.  Line up in baking dish and place in 350* oven for five minutes or cheese melts.  Serve with My Brother's House Salsa and sour cream.
