1/2 cup My Brother's Cranberry Orange Salsa

4 tablespoons prepared mustard

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 pound leftover country ham, sliced

Cheddar cheese

8 slider buns

Arugula or mixed lettuce

Pickle slices for garnish




To make mustard sauce, in a small mixing bowl, whisk My Brother's Cranberry Orange Salsa, mustand, and mayo.  Refrigerate in sealed container until ready to use.

On hot griddle or skillet warm ham slices until heated through and edges just starting to crisp up. Top with cheddar cheese. Butter and toast slider buns.  Layer griddled ham & cheese, mustard sauce, and arugula. Garnish with pickle slices.
