servings : 6

For brining:

4 pounds of chicken wings (24 whole wings)

4 cups of cold water

4 tablespoons of kosher salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

For sauce:

1/2 cup My Brother's House Salsa - Hot

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

In large zip top bag add chicken wings, cold water, salt, sugar.  Close bag, squeezing extra air out.  Place bag in large bowl and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.  Before grilling, thoroughly rinse wings with cold water in colander and let drain.  Dry off excess with paper towel.  Place on hot grill, turning often until done.  About 20 minutes.

While wings are cooking, in small mixing bowl whisk together  My Brother's House Salsa with melted butter and honey. Set aside.

When wings are done, place them in large mixing bowl and drizzle the sauce over and toss until all are coated.  Pile onto serving platter and don't blink or you'll miss seeing them fly off the platter!
