4 pounds wings

4 cups cold water

4 tablespoons kosher salt

1 tablespoon sugar

½ cup My Brother’s House Salsa (Medium or Hot)

¼ cup butter, melted

¼ cup honey

In large zip top bag add chicken wings, cold water, salt, sugar.  Close bag, squeezing extra air out. Place bag in large bowl and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.  Before grilling, place wings in colander and let drain. Dry off excess water with paper towel. Place on hot grill, turning often until done and. About 20 minutes.

While wings are cooking, in small mixing bowl whisk together  My Brother's House Salsa with melted butter and honey. Set aside.

When wings are done, place them in large mixing bowl and drizzle the sauce over and toss until all are coated.  Pile onto serving platter and don't blink or you'll miss seeing them fly off the platter!
