Pineapple Coleslaw

Creamy, crunchy coleslaw with a tropical twist.  Delicious to serve as a side, top a fish taco, or pulled pork sandwich!

1 lb. green cabbage, shredded (4 cups)

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 cup My Brother’s Poblano Pineapple Salsa

Salt and pepper 

In a small bowl combine prepared cabbage, mayonnaise, My Brother’s Salsa.  Season with salt and pepper.
