Blackened Salmon with Sweet Thai Pineapple Salsa

Crispy blackened salmon filets paired with our fruity sweet thai pineapple salsa is a quick and oh so satisfying dish. Add an avocado and arugula salad and dinner is served!

Blackening seasoning

My Brother’s Sweet Thai Pineapple Salsa

Brush salmon filets with olive oil.  Generously season with blackening seasoning.  Place in hot skillet (cast iron is perfect for this) and cook 3-5 minutes. Turn and continue cooking until fish flakes easily.  Serve with My Brother’s Sweet Thai Pineapple Salsa.
