Smoked Sausage Chili

A hearty chili-easy to prepare in less than 30 minutes!  A crowd pleaser for sure. Serves 10

1 Tbls. olive oil

1 small onion diced

1 tsp. minced garlic

1 jar of My Brother’s Black Bean & Corn Salsa

2 - 15oz cans petite diced tomatoes

2 - 15 oz. cans chili beans

1 lb. smoked sausage diced

3 cups water

1-2 Tbls. chili powder

1 tsp. cumin powder

1 tsp. sea salt

Toppings:  shredded cheese/sour cream/crushed My Brother’s Corn Tortilla Chips

Sauté onion, garlic in olive oil.  Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 min.

Spoon into bowls and garnish with your choice of toppings.


(Vegetarian Version....just replace smoked sausage with 1 can of black beans, rinsed & drained)
